As part of the European Literature Festival 2024, the exhibition "Contemporary Literature of the Baltic States" will be on display at the Tokyo Metropolitan Central Library from October 4 to November 6, 2024.

The exhibition showcases contemporary literature from Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia, translated in Japanese, English, and other languages, primarily drawn from the Tokyo Metropolitan Central Library’s collection. In addition to literature, the exhibition features books on the history, culture, and lifestyles of these Baltic nations.
